Accommodation and delicious Veggie food for the weekend are at the Roaringwater Lodge Guest House and all classes will be held at the Heir Island Retreat (Just a few minutes leisurely stroll from the guest house.)
The weekend begins when you step aboard the 4 pm ferry on Friday and concludes Sunday afternoon at 2 pm on the return ferry. The retreat is open to all levels and abilities, classes include a variety of Foundation Hatha and Hatha Flow yoga, Pranayama (breathing exercises), Meditation and Yoga Nidra. Kayaking is optional but it is a wonderfully memorable experience that gifts you a spectacular perspective of the island from the water.
All of the above is included for €550 per person sharing. To secure your place a nonrefundable €200 deposit is required.
Regrettably, the costs associated with various aspects of the retreat, including accommodation, the retreat center, catering, and kayaking, have increased. As a result, the retreat fee has been adjusted to reflect these increased costs. I appreciate your understanding and support. If the new fee poses challenges for attending the retreat, please contact me and we can make something work.
