Heir Island Retreat
Tucked away in a tranquil corner of roaring water bay, West Cork is the idyllic Heir Island. It only measures a mere 2.5km long by 1.5km wide but within its boundaries lies a wonderfully unspoiled landscape with a necklace of picturesque sandy beaches and an abundance of flora and fauna, an environment perfectly suited for a nurturing yoga retreat.
Tigh Roy Retreat
Situated at the foothills of the Galtee mountains in the beautiful Glen of Aherlow, Tigh Roy is an idyllic location for our spring emergence retreat.
The retreat dates fall wonderfully close to St Brigid’s day. A threshold time, where we emerge from the darkness of winter into the tender light of spring and the hope that it’s imbued with.
Bharath Shetty Workshops
It’s with great delight, that for the first time in 4 years, we have the pleasure of welcoming back my teacher Bharath Shetty from Mysore in India for a full weekend of workshops.
