Fantastic Class!
I was a complete newcomer to yoga when I started classes with Ian last year and am delighted that I did. I would definitely recommend the classes, they are varied and challenging but always within your own comfortable limits. The best thing about the classes it is that I always leave the class feeling better, both mentally and physically, than I did when I went in. Ian is a great teacher and makes everything very clear with the utmost patience

As I was just about to turn 30 i found myself picking up more niggling muscle injuries from playing football and could definitely feel my movement becoming more and more restricted. Within a couple of months of starting the classes I could feel a dramatic improvement in my flexibility and core strength. The unexpected thing from my point of view was the positive mental benefits from Ians classes. You will leave each class refreshed in both body and mind.

I started yoga practice with Ian Jan 2015 as a raw beginner and am still attending his weekly sessions over a year later. I can highly recommend it. Ian brings a lovely energy to the group and encourages us all to challenge ourselves to our comfortable limits which vary from person to person and from week to week. The atmosphere is always supportive and although your body has worked hard it feels totally relaxed at the end of each session. Try it!

Ian has certain asanas he does every week but he will always vary the rest of the class which I really like. I liked Ian the minute I met him, he has a lovely energy & way about him. Before starting classes with Ian I was a bit worried whether my body would be able to keep up but after speaking with Ian I decided to give it a go. I’m so glad I did. Classes are non-pressured, non-competitive and relaxed yet at the same time challenging. My body has started to surprise me with what it is becoming comfortable with and I feel stronger and happier in my own thoughts and skin. I am stretched out and energised at the end of each class. The odd little ache and twinge I was getting before beginning yoga classes and I was putting down to inevitable wear and tear and getting older all seemed to have gone. Highly recommend for all ages and fitness levels. My teenage daughter also comes to class with me and loves it to. Thanks Ian!
