Discover the power of your breath! Breathing doesn’t have to be complicated. There is a world of breathwork styles out there, ranging from gentle to exhilarating, each offering unique merits in specific settings.  My Breath Coaching program is here to make it simple, safe, and accessible for everyone, regardless of experience.

 

Unleash the potential within you and embark on a transformative journey. Consistency is the key to change, and that’s why this program spans over 4 weeks. We’ll meet once a week, either in person or via Zoom, for 30 minutes of focused guidance. To deepen your practice, you’ll have 15 minutes of engaging daily homework. And don’t worry—I’ll be right there with you every step of the way, providing email support for questions and guidance.
